Job summary

KamelMedia in Clark, Pampanga is hiring a GDS Airline Reservations & Customer Support Agent to support an airline client. You will handle inbound calls and emails, and use a Global Distribution System to manage bookings.

The role requires strong English, airline/travel/customer service experience, and familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Rotating shifts, weekends, and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in airline reservations, travel, or customer service.
• Working knowledge of at least one GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Experience with bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, fares, refunds, or baggage inquiries is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and email support.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and schedules based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries from passengers and travel agents.
• Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Provide information about fares, refunds, baggage, and seat assignments.
• Handle special service requests, including wheelchair and baggage assistance.
• Use GDS to check, create, and update passenger booking records.
• Document customer interactions and follow airline procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns when necessary.
