Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CAC eligibility or ability to obtain CAC.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Good English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized customer service focal point.
• Process work requests and dispatch maintenance staff.
• Create and submit CMMS reports (MAXIMO/GFEBS).
• Coordinate with LMD for data accuracy.
• Cross-reference parts data with OEM GCSS/Maximo catalogs.
