Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Design Manager (GCNA) for the Philippines to lead design governance across Retail and Commercial portfolios. The role requires steering standards, coordinating with group and country teams, and ensuring compliant, high-quality design deliverables for the Bank’s portfolio.

You will drive innovative design solutions, interface with Group Design Management, and manage cross-functional teams to meet business strategies while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Uni Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in fitting out / project design and site management.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office and 3D rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery and govern standards across Retail and Commercial portfolio.
• Interface with design groups, country teams and consultants to ensure compliant designs.
• Drive future focused design solutions and maintain project communications.
• Support Standard Chartered Bank design governance and regional efficiency.
• Manage remote teams and coordinate with GDDC/WSC bodies.
