Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Experience with SQL querying and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, SAP BO, Oracle BI).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with data storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems/databases.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using statistical methods.
• Present findings and recommendations through reports and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements.
• Perform data validation, audits, and root-cause analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and process improvements.
• Support reporting platforms, access management, governance, and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in governance reviews and cross-functional initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles
• Experience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with automation tools, data integration concepts, or programming languages is an advantage
