Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be deployed to locations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in gas station, retail, convenience store, food service, or other multi-branch operations

• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
