Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in gas station, retail, convenience store, or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be deployed to assigned gas station locations.
