We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Gaming Operations Assistant with experience in the online gaming or online betting industry to support our day-to-day gaming operations.
Key Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in online gaming / online betting, preferably in casino, sportsbook, or gaming platform operations
- Familiar with different online gaming products, game mechanics, and player behavior
- Knowledge of gaming promotions such as bonus programs, cashback, tournaments, and first-deposit promotions
- Experience in gaming operations, product operations, promotions, customer operations, or casino operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable handling operational data and reports
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to multitask
- Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced gaming environment
- Motivated and willing to learn new products, systems, and operational processes
