Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in catering operations, inflight services, logistics, inventory management, provisioning, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management, operational planning, and service delivery processes.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of galley layouts, loading standards, equipment plans, and provisioning requirements for assigned aircraft and routes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure the timely availability and proper allocation of catering equipment and inflight service materials.
• Support inventory monitoring, equipment utilization reviews, and provisioning activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of galley inflight service standards, supporting new route launches, service enhancements, and operational changes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reference materials, reports, and operational requirements related to galley planning and inflight provisioning.
