GameOne PH in Taguig City is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, support the sales team, and drive customer service excellence. The role involves monitoring sales performance, guiding staff, and maintaining organized, high-energy store environments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or supervisory roles, experience with gadgets or electronics is a plus, and strong communication and leadership skills. On-site work at Market! Market! is required.

Qualifications

College level or graduate of any course.
At least 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a supervisory/team leader role.
Experience in gadgets, electronics, or technology retail is an advantage.
Good communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to be assigned at Market! Market!, Taguig City.

Responsabilités

Supervise and support the sales team in meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure quality customer service.
Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment when needed.
Ensure merchandise displays are properly maintained and the store remains clean and organized.
Address customer concerns and assist in resolving issues professionally.
Support sales promotions and other store initiatives.
Coach and guide team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Monitor staff attendance and overall work performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
