Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is required.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, economic indicators, and BSP regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute foreign currency buy and sell transactions to maximize portfolio value.
• Prospect, build, and maintain client relationships through self-generated leads and cross-departmental leads.
• Monitor live foreign exchange levels, rate movements, and global market trends to advise on market entry/exit points.
• Coordinate with the Forex Back Office to streamline trade execution, documentation, and settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) foreign exchange rules and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend seminars and training to upgrade currency market expertise and trading skills.
• Perform additional trading-related tasks and duties as assigned by the Forex Department Head.
