Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Forex Trader for Treasury & Portfolio in Makati (Hybrid, Mon–Fri, dayshift). The role reports to the Head Trader and involves executing FX trades, building client relationships, and monitoring market trends to optimize portfolio value. You will collaborate with the Back Office and ensure BSP compliance while expanding market knowledge through seminars and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year program.
• At least 1 year in banking/financial services.
• CTP designation is required.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, indicators, and BSP regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute FX buy and sell transactions to maximize portfolio value.
• Prospect, build, and maintain client relationships via self-generated and cross-department leads.
• Monitor live FX levels, rate movements, and trends to advise on entry/exit points.
• Coordinate with Forex Back Office to streamline trade execution, docs, and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with BSP FX rules and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend industry seminars and training to upgrade currency market expertise.
• Perform additional trading-related tasks as assigned by the Forex Department Head.
