Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FX, treasury, payments, or corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of FX products, remittances, and local/global payment flows.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Coins is a fully regulated crypto brand in the Philippines. Through its easy‑to‑use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services. Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and holds both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses.

The FX Sales Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition and relationship management for Coins.ph’s foreign exchange and remittance business. This role focuses on delivering tailored FX solutions to enterprise and institutional clients while maximizing trading volume and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow FX clients both retail and enterprise (merchants, corporates, remittance partners etc).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and FX advisory.
• Work closely with Trading and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, spreads, and transaction terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, client activity, and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
