Pru Life UK is recruiting for its Nxt Gen Management Development Program (MDP) in Taguig, Metro Manila. This accelerated leadership track prepares you for future management and strategic roles in the insurance business; you will tackle real-world business challenges and work with key initiatives.

The program runs 24 months with structured rotations, executive mentorship, capstone leadership projects, and a fast-track path into leadership roles.
