Job summary

Prudential seeks a Change Management Expert to design and execute strategies that help organizations navigate transitions with minimal disruption. You will assess impact on people, processes and systems, engage stakeholders, and provide training and resources to enable smooth adoption.

You will monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and refine strategies based on feedback to ensure sustainable and successful change within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Project Management Certification (preferred)
• ALMI or FLMI certifications (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience with a blend of project management, change management execution, process engineering, data analysis, strategic thinking and customer-centric focus

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Change Management strategies and plans with business units and cross-functional teams to assess impact, drive adoption, build user knowledge and manage resistance.
• Communicate purpose and benefits of the change; deliver messaging to all levels and coordinate training and coaching plans.
• Identify stakeholders, secure engagement, support teams during transitions, and report progress, risks, and needs to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, monitor external factors, adapt change plans, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies

The Change Management Expertis responsible for designing and executing strategies that help organizations navigate transitions effectively. This role ensures that changes are thoughtfully planned, aligned with business objectives, and implemented with minimal disruption to operations.

Key responsibilities include assessing the impact of change on people, processes, and systems, and proactively addressing potential challenges. The Change Management Expert engages stakeholders to foster support, communicates the purpose and benefits of the change clearly, and provides training and resources to facilitate smooth adoption.

Additionally, the role involves monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and refining strategies based on feedback to ensure sustainable and successful change.

Job Accountabilities

Change Execution

• Create Change Management strategies and plans together with business units and the different cross-functional teams to assess change impact to the business, realize faster adoption, build user knowledge and proficiency, and manage resistance. Support creation of program plans by designing the overall change management plan, communication plans, training and coaching plans; collaborating with program/project managers and trainers to ensure that change activities are considered in the overall program timeline and budget, as well as in readiness checks prior to implementation for projects. Design and deliver clear, consistent messaging about the change, its benefits, and its impact, and communicate achievements, updates, and strategic directions to all organizational levels

Stakeholder Management

• Identify key stakeholders and ensure their involvement and buy-in throughout the change process. Support business units during the transition to help achieve business outcomes and improve customer, agent, and employee experience; track change adoption and revise Change Management strategies as required to meet transformation objectives. Reports and present the change management progress, status, risks and support needed to stakeholders

Risk Management

• Identify and monitor risks and issues related to Change Management execution and facilitate resolution with the project teams. Drive proactive change strategies by continuously monitoring industry trends and external forces, assessing their potential impact on organizational operations, and integrating risk mitigation into change initiatives Design and implement adaptive change plans that include contingency strategies for high-impact external risks

Compliance

• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out

• Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported

Job Qualifications

Should be able to formulate effective recommendations for operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience
