Job summary

Philux, Inc. is seeking a QA Staff to ensure furniture pieces leaving the factory meet quality standards. The role includes inspecting incoming raw materials, conducting 100% QA checks on items, and reporting defects for timely corrective actions.

The incumbent will also assist in maintaining QA records and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires college level, preferably an engineering background, and willingness to work at San Martin De Porres Bicutan, Paranaque

Qualifications

• College level preferably an engineering graduate.
• Knowledge in Quality Inspection of furnitures.

Responsibilities

• Conductions inbound inspection of raw materials like glass, stone, Abaca and other materials.
• Ensure raw materials pass standards per drawings and PO requirements; tag materials with proper information.
• Report issues found during incoming inspection to supervisor for disposition.
• Complete and file incoming inspection reports and material rejection forms.
• Conduct 100% QA inspection on client orders, FG and project items.
• Ensure items meet drawing and job order standards; attach proper tags/labels.
