Job summary

Philux, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a reliable delivery driver to safely operate company vehicles, transport furniture and materials, and coordinate with the Delivery Crew to ensure timely deliveries.

You will perform vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and keep accurate records, while adhering to traffic safety rules. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work independently, with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a commercial or transportation setting.
• Knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
• Strong understanding of traffic rules and safety procedures.
• Furniture manufacturing/retail experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Philux delivery vehicles and transport furniture and materials on assigned routes.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist the Delivery Crew with furniture handling and loading tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely deliveries.
