Job summary

enablesGROUP in Pasig seeks a senior planning professional to own strategic forecasting, category planning, and supplier relationships across furniture and homewares. You will drive stock strategy, manage life cycles, and coordinate with logistics, retail, and buyers to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

You will lead end-to-end category ownership, forecast 6–12 months ahead, and optimize margins while navigating long lead times and high-value inventory in a fast-moving retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, or category planning.
• Experience with long lead times (2–3 months; ideally 3–7 months with international factories).
• End-to-end category or product ownership, not siloed work.
• Direct supplier or factory relationship management, placing orders and tracking performance.
• Strategic forecasting 6–12 months ahead; focus on trends and margins.
• Experience with high-ATV, slow-moving and bulky products (furniture, homewares).
• Range management, product lifecycle, and exit strategy planning (markdowns/clearance).
• Fashion-driven retail planning experience; Open-to-Buy and margin management.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, modelling).
• Ability to work independently with demonstrated tenure.

Responsibilities

• Forecast stock requirements 6–12 months ahead based on sales trends and strategy.
• Analyze weekly sales and adjust long-term plans.
• Anticipate fashion and design trend shifts for catalog planning.
• Balance sales targets, stock investment and warehouse capacity.
• Own categories end-to-end from forecast to exit strategy.
• Manage product phase-ins/outs and markdown decisions.
• Maintain OTB budgets and consider margin implications.
• Coordinate with logistics, retail, and buyers; manage vendor relationships.
