Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to maintain shareholder registers for investment funds and support Transfer Agency operations. The role involves processing transactions, AML checks, and preparing client and regulatory reports across global centers including Manila.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of FI experience with Transfer Agent exposure, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant FI experience with Transfer Agent exposure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and transfer agent systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fund Servicing Manager I in overseeing day-to-day BAU operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing and reporting per Transfer Agency procedures.
• Record money movements and reconciliations accurately.
• Perform AML checks in line with JPMorgan practices.
• Support regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide data and analysis to resolve client queries.
• Lead or participate in internal and external projects.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Manager.
