Job summary

Citco is seeking a capable professional for its Fund Administration team in Manila. The role focuses on precise entry of trade activity, distribution of investor confirmations and statements, and generating Market Value Statements while supporting related duties.

You will use multiple systems, follow fund-specific instructions, and contribute to delivering high-quality client service with strong risk awareness and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required in Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent; fresh graduates may apply.
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds is an asset.
• Strong data and alphanumeric entry skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter trade activity accurately within global business unit and meet timelines.
• Distribute investor correspondence including confirmations and statements.
• Prepare Market Value Statements and assist with related duties.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple processing systems and follow fund instructions.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Responsible in all entry of trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines
• Ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity
• Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements and
• Do Market Value Statements
• Assist with other related duties as required
• Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades
• Follow fund specific instructions/variables

Qualifications

About You

• You are at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• You have preferably 2-4 years of experience specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates may also apply
• You have knowledge of hedge or mutual funds an asset
• You have excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy
