Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced leader to join its Fund Administration team in the Makati/Muntinlupa area. This role focuses on staff leadership, process improvement and client relationship management within a high-volume financial services environment.

You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and participate in global initiatives while working in a hybrid setup with 2–3 onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business related area or pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
• 6+ years in Financial Services with high-volume operations and/or hedge funds.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good business acumen and client relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in Makati or Muntinlupa and in a hybrid setup (2-3 onsite days).

Responsibilities

• Lead staff including Supervisors and direct reports, overseeing recruitment and capacity planning.
• Create a cooperative environment through delegation, training and motivation.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure targets and client deliverables are met.
• Maintain client relationships with local office counterparts.
• Review performance reports and dashboards to monitor results.
• Identify risks and implement controls and process improvements.
• Develop and validate department procedures and guidelines.
• Support global initiatives and participate in workshops to improve workflows.
