A leading BPO service provider is seeking a Fund Management Team Lead to supervise the Fund Accounting team and ensure accurate processing of fund activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary between Php 98,000-Php 108,000, a hybrid work setup, and various benefits including HMO coverage and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting.
• 5 years of experience as a Fund Accountant.
• 1 to 3 years of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Fund Management / Fund Accounting team.
• Oversee daily fund operations including NAV calculation.
• Manage team performance including work allocation and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with fund regulations and service-level agreements.
• Monitor key KPIs and prepare management reports.
