Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of private equity funds including negotiation, supervision, and credit administration.
• Manage team transactions ensuring accurate cash flow handling and financial record maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for performance reporting.
• Work closely with finance and investment teams to review quarterly results.
• Provide support for special initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
