Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior technical expert in fund accounting to ensure excellence in complex accounting services and provide final review authority on advanced portfolios. You will lead technical decisions and establish standards, while guiding the team in sophisticated client deliverables.

The role demands CPA qualifications, 6+ years of experience (including 4+ years in fund accounting or related areas), and strong coaching and stakeholder management abilities to drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• CPA-qualified accounting, finance, or business administration professional with at least 6 years of experience.
• 4 years in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Deep expertise in technical accounting, accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and final review of complex reports.
• Experience with advanced accounting systems and development of SOPs.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team's technical authority for complex accounting matters, providing final review and oversight of sophisticated accounting deliverables.
• Develop accounting standards, methodologies, best practices, and process improvements across the team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Act as the primary technical expert for client information across fund segments, including BOLT On, PE Advanced, and related products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve technical queries, and support team development through training, coaching, and feedback.
