Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related data analyst field.
• Minimum 3 years in Fund Accounting, data analysis, or related finance role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ETL processes from diverse sources into our accounting and reporting systems.
• Engage, improve, and automate internal Fund Accounting and other operational processes used by business teams.
• Leverage technologies through development of Python scripts and other innovations.
• Automate key operational reports by converting legacy Excel processes into Python scripts.
• Apply new technologies to address problems and improve current systems.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Build and maintain reconciliations between financial sources and datasets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing scripts.
• Test the product in controlled real-world situations before deployment.
• Identify and streamline inefficiencies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own special projects and deliver them on tight turn-around.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation.
