Mayan Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Lead React Developer to lead the development of mission-critical web applications. You will manage other React developers while collaborating with backend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-performance solutions. The role requires expertise in technical architecture, team leadership, and cross-functional alignment.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership




• Own end-to-end architecture for React-based applications




• Establish component libraries, state management standards (Redux/Context API), and CI/CD pipelines




• Finalize technical decisions: stack optimization, third-party libraries, and testing strategies




• Enforce performance budgets and offline capability requirements

Team Management

• Mentor and manage React developers through code reviews, 1:1s, and skill development




• Facilitate decomposition of epics into actionable technical tasks, ensuring balanced workload distribution through team consensus




• Maintain 85%+ test coverage and <0.1% production error rate[1]

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Interface with the Backend Team on API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) and WebSocket integrations




• Partner with Product Manager on MVP scoping and technical feasibility




• Align with QA engineers on E2E test automation and performance benchmarks

Day-to-day Activities

• Develop complex React components for real-time data workflows




• Review pull requests and enforce coding standards




• Co-design APIs with backend teams




• Document architectural decisions




• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, bundle splitting)




• Present technical demos to stakeholders




• Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and best practices.




• Write and execute unit tests to ensure application reliability.
