Job summary

Alan is hiring Product engineers for the Ops AI Platform to build a scalable, safe, and autonomous AI agent ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML, shaping architecture and delivering a robust platform that enables operations teams to automate tasks at scale.

You will engage with LLMs, tool-calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows, influence system design, and mentor peers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Product Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with state-of-the-art AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong backend and systems architecture focus.
• Fluent in English and able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the Ops AI Platform, enabling autonomous AI agents to automate thousands of tasks.
• Shape architecture, product direction and code quality for scale and safety.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, and grow the team.
