Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance with an AI‑native company culture. We are hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada, and we seek software engineers who can design AI‑powered internal platforms used daily by Alaners.

You’ll work on agents, retrieval, and deep integration with internal tools, across a rapidly growing global team. Join a transparent, async environment with no managers and minimal meetings, where your work directly impacts how the company operates in

Qualifications

• Experience building backend or full‑stack apps.
• Strong interest in AI and LLM-powered workflows.
• Comfort with fast‑moving environments and new abstractions.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI‑native tools powering Alan’s workflows.
• Develop intelligent agents for onboarding, retrieval, and alignment.
• Push LLMs into production with internal tools integration.
• Define primitives for scalable AI‑native work across teams and countries.
• Replace legacy tooling with Alan‑native software.
• Scale Identity & Access Management and PAM across systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to embody Alan’s culture in software.
