Job summary

OMG Olvida and Myra’s Grill in Mabini, Batangas, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher for a full-time role. You will help keep dishes clean, support the kitchen team, and ensure a safe, organized workspace to deliver quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates possess stamina, reliability, and a collaborative attitude; training will be provided. The position offers full-time hours and opportunities to grow within our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliability and punctuality with flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff.
• Basic communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and store dishes, glassware, cutlery and cooking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in food preparation tasks under guidance of kitchen staff.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock and organise kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Support kitchen staff with general maintenance and organisation tasks.
• Follow all food safety and health protocols to ensure a clean kitchen.
• Respond to requests from chefs and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
