Job summary

AMA Education System Inc. seeks a dedicated Full-time Instructor for the BSIT program in Baguio City. You will design, deliver and assess lectures, labs and assessments to shape IT professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 2–3 years in IT and proven teaching experience, with a preference for a Master’s degree. You’ll collaborate with faculty and stay current with industry trends to keep the curriculum engaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT industry experience.
• Proven teaching or training experience in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in IT concepts including programming, databases, networking, systems administration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse student audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations and labs for BSIT program courses.
• Create and maintain course materials including syllabi, notes, assignments, quizzes and exams.
• Assess student performance with exams, projects and practicals, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide students during office hours and help with complex concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends to keep curriculum relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum coherence and interdisciplinary integration.
• Participate in curriculum review and development to improve BSIT offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and academic progress.
