Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in clinical, hospital, and school settings.
• Proven teaching or training experience in an educational institution or corporate training environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse student audiences.
• Familiarity with Philippine educational standards and K-12 to higher education transition framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions for BSN program courses.
• Create and maintain course materials, including syllabi, notes, assignments, quizzes and exams.
• Assess student performance with exams, assignments, projects, and practical assessments, providing feedback.
• Mentor and guide students, supporting during office hours and helping with complex concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in nursing education to keep curriculum relevant.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum coherence and interdisciplinary integration.
• Participate in curriculum review and development initiatives to improve BSN program offerings.
• Maintain attendance, grades and academic progress records as required.
