Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a Full Stack Developer in the Philippines to drive digital transformation for clients. You will collaborate with business analysts, designers and project managers to deliver scalable web and mobile solutions using modern frameworks and WordPress.

The role emphasizes database design, testing, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on Java experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Statistics or equivalent.
1–2 years as a Full Stack Developer with Java experience.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and be on-call as required.

Responsibilities

Work with Business Analysts, development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
Build the front-end of applications with appealing visuals.
Develop and manage databases and applications.
Create responsive web/mobile features and applications.
Unit test software for responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
Write technical documentation.
