Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. Experience with Next.js and Supabase is preferred, but strong full-stack developers with similar tech are encouraged to apply.

You will lead end-to-end development, mentor engineers, and shape technical strategy while collaborating with product, design, and business teams to balance speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Experience with backend technologies such as Supabase, Firebase, AWS, Node.js, .NET, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
• Experience using Claude as part of the software development workflow is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including Next.js and Supabase.
