Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a seasoned Full Stack Development and Integration Expert to build scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions using Python and Java. You will contribute to platform modernization, create reusable components, and enable seamless MCP/A2A communications across Globe and B2B systems.

You will collaborate with ISG and cross‑functional teams to optimize automation, integration workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring security and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and cloud platforms.
• Develop reusable components, integrations, APIs, and automation to improve interoperability and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack apps across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and cloud platforms.
• Develop reusable components, integrations, APIs, MCP and A2A platform communication and automation workflows.
• Implement platform capabilities with JIRA, Salesforce, and other enterprise technologies.
• Collaborate with architects and cross‑functional teams to align solutions with security standards and roadmaps.
• Review code, validate functionalities, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Document architectures, configurations, and integrations for governance and audits.
