Job summary

Join a dynamic and global technology team in delivering solutions for Risk Management Operational Risk and Internal Audit applications as a Platform Engineer Lead, where you will be working closely with the business and the rest of the development team in designing, coding, configurating, testing and implementing system changes for fulfilling key initiatives in the Non-Financial Risk domain.

What role will you play?

You will lead the delivery and continuous uplift of both in-house and third-party systems, as well as craft solutions that ensure a smooth integration with other systems. You will be involved in the design, development and testing of new or enhanced components, conducting peer code reviews and documenting technical specifications and product details.

What You Offer

• 6+ years’ of experience in platform development, integration, configuration and leading engineers
• Strong experience in Java, Spring frameworks and modern JavaScript technologies
• Experience with modern user interface frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with cloud technologies and continuous integration and delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines and security controls
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools, apply DevOps practices, manage incidents and stakeholders, and deliver in an agile environment.
