Citco Group of Companies in Manila is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join a cross-functional, agile team building on-prem and cloud-native financial services applications.

You will work across front-end and back-end tasks, participate in all Agile ceremonies, and help drive quality through code reviews, testing, and deployment automation. Strong collaboration, learning mindset, and passion for new tech are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years delivering web apps and backend services.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin/Spring/Hibernate.
• Experience with React/Node.
• Familiarity with Docker and AWS.
• Knowledge of relational DBs (Oracle or PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, etc.).
• Develop front-end and back-end code using React, Node, Java, Kotlin, Spring, Hibernate.
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality.
• Design and run unit, integration, performance, and load tests.
• Manage AWS resources safely and cost-effectively.
