Job summary

Tamasha is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale web and backend applications using Node.js, React.js, and Java or Python. You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to CI/CD, and help improve system performance for 1M+ users.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Data teams, participate in code reviews, and ship high-quality features across a multi-app ecosystem in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full stack development experience building and shipping production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language — Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), REST APIs, and system design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end — from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Design efficient, scalable system architecture for high-traffic consumer applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and integrations across apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to ship high-quality features fast.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues across the stack.
