Job summary

MicroSourcing, Cebu-based hybrid work environment, seeks a capable Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications across frontend and backend. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, build RESTful APIs, design robust databases, and troubleshoot to improve reliability and user experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), plus backend experience (Node.js, Java, C#, Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in backend development using Node.js, Java, C#, Python, or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event‑driven systems
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
