iSupport Worldwide in Metro Manila (Pasig area) is seeking a versatile Full Stack Data & Analytics Specialist to build data infrastructure, develop BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights across operations, purchasing, and sales.

This role combines strong SQL, Power BI, and scripting with an AI-driven approach to problem-solving to establish a foundational demand planning model and scalable data solutions that support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, BI, or related full-stack data role.
• Strong SQL skills including CTEs, joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Hands-on Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Experience with ETL, REST APIs, JSON/CSV feeds, and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of relational or dimensional data modeling and database mgmt.
• Analytical skills for trend analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (ChatGPT/ Copilot).
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of end-to-end data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain SQL databases and data pipelines from ERP and other sources.
• Develop a company-wide demand planning model using historical data and projections.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX for performance and inventory planning.
• Automate data extraction, ingestion, and reporting to reduce manual work.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on trends, margins, supplier lead times and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into practical data solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate scripting and workflow efficiency.
