Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Full Stack Data Engineer to design and deploy the company's first centralized data infrastructure in the Philippines. You will build a scalable SQL data warehouse, automate ETL/ELT pipelines, and enable analytics for Sales & Operations Planning.

You will integrate NetSuite data to power demand forecasting and inventory optimization, while delivering enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards for executive and operational teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or full-stack analytics.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience standing up data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience using ETL/ELT tools to pull from REST APIs and ERP systems.
• Direct experience with NetSuite data schemas, saved searches, and APIs is highly preferred.
• Advanced capability in data visualization and modeling, specifically Power BI, DAX, and Power Query for enterprise reports.
• Builder mindset with ability to operate independently in an unstructured tech environment and explain architecture to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage a centralized SQL data warehouse serving as the single source of truth.
• Replace decentralized workflows with automated, monitored ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deeply integrate NetSuite ERP data for downstream analytics.
• Collaborate with S&OP leaders to build data models and automated reports for demand forecasting and safety stock.
• Architect semantic models and develop dynamic dashboards to deliver actionable insights to operations and executives.
