Job summary

Locad is hiring a Customer Success Executive to be the day-to-day partner for assigned brands, coordinating with Warehouse Escalation Specialists and Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-through from report to resolution.

You will focus on building strong relationships, monitoring account health, and turning operational challenges into actionable improvements in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, tickets, and priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned brands and be their main point of contact.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Escalation Specialists and Operations to resolve issues.
• Monitor fulfilment metrics and support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Assist in contract/billing queries and ensure documentation is complete.
