Job summary

Amae Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-value, coordinated care for adults with serious mental illness in California. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop individualized treatment plans within a patient-centered framework.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with PMHNP specialty.
• Board certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and active CA NP license.
• DEA registration and willingness to obtain REMS/Clozapine certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral healthcare management and monitor care across recovery phases.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing psychosocial and medical needs.
• Offer regular consultations in person and remotely when appropriate.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure integrated, cohesive care.
• Support patients and families with education on mental health and recovery.
