Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer / Application Lead Developer to own frontend development, engineering standards, code quality, and technical mentorship across mobile and web apps.

This on-site role is based in Pasig City, reporting to the Platform Engineering Lead. The ideal candidate will remain hands-on while setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter/Dart, React

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience including leadership roles.
• Strong production experience with Flutter/Dart.
• Proven experience shipping Flutter apps to Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with React Native and React for Web.
• Familiarity with state management patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, Context).
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, build tools, and release pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD, app store deployment, web deployment, and crash analytics (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Strong eye for design, usability, and visual consistency.
• Excellent communication with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop production applications using Flutter/Dart, React Native, and React for Web.
• Establish and maintain frontend coding standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Conduct code and pull-request reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering Lead on frontend architecture decisions.
• Lead and mentor frontend engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Manage technical handover of code from external partners.
• Assess code quality, identify technical debt, and plan remediation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to estimate and deliver backlog items.
• Maintain strong focus on UI/UX and visual consistency.
