Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines seeks an experienced quality-focused engineer to oversee MEMS front-end manufacturing quality practices. You will manage wafer manufacturing and probe changes, track key quality indicators, and eradicate issues impacting customers.

Collaborate with Operations, PQA, and Product Development to embed quality requirements, drive continuous improvement, and support audits and technology transfers across FABs. Grow in a diverse, inclusive environment at ST.

Qualifications

• Quality oriented mindset.
• Graduate in engineering, physics, and science in general.
• Competence in wafer manufacturing and wafer probe is a plus.
• Green belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee changes in wafer manufacturing and wafer probe quality.
• Manage non-conforming lots at wafer fabrication and probe.
• Track front-end plant quality indicators.
• Eradicate front-end issues affecting customers.
• Collaborate with Operations to embed quality in front-end solutions.
• Work with PQA and Product Development on lessons learned.
• Manage wafer manufacturing and wafer probe changes with HQ Quality.
• Contribute to Line Stress plan and review results.
• Support product/technology transfers among FABs.
• Coordinate customer audits: agenda, prep, follow-up, communication.
