Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking an Attendant, CFD to provide exceptional guest service at City of Dreams Manila. The role includes assisting guests with information on events, entertainment, dining, and directions, plus handling luggage and supervising entry/exit activities at the casino front drive.

Required is a courteous, energetic approach with strong English communication. Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or guest-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous guest service to City of Dreams Manila guests as they enter and exit the property.
• Maintain knowledge of events and facilities to answer guest questions accurately.
• Assist with luggage, fundaments of cloakroom operations, and general concierge tasks.
• Direct guests and provide clear directions within the resort/outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness of the Concierge station and surrounding areas.
• Assist with crowd control and traffic flow at the driveway as needed.
