Job summary

Belo Medical Group in Davao City seeks a Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Specialist) to be the friendly first contact for every patient. You will welcome guests, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate with doctors, and keep patient records organized in a fast-paced clinic setting at Abreeza Mall.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field, brings 2–3 years of customer service experience (hospitality, hotel, healthcare or aesthetic clinic),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Any Related Field.
• With at least 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, hotel, healthcare or aesthetic clinic
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Willing to be assigned in Abreeza Mall, Davao City

Responsibilities

• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
