Job summary

• Evaluate Company standard procedures and suggest best practices for the latest trends in the freight forwarding industry.
• Recommends measures to avoid occurrence of incidents related to freight forwarding operations.
• Investigate incidents of claims, delays, and other non-conformance to freight forwarding procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate with person in-charge/concern, review documentations, confirm actions, validate reports and records on the incident.
• Write detail audit report on the incident and recommends measures to avoid same problem.
• Check and follow-up required actions, monitor compliance, and periodically evaluate measures and procedures (internal/external).
