Job summary

Sendiva Logistics Corporation is seeking an on-site Sales Support professional in Cebu City with 1–3 years of experience and a diploma to assist the Sales Team with quotations and customer inquiries.

You will coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Brokerage, Transport and Warehouse teams, prepare sales documents, maintain records, and generate weekly and monthly reports to support business development.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 1–3 years of logistics or sales experience.
• Ability to prepare quotations and proposals for freight services.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Proactive in follow-ups and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in preparing and sending freight quotations for air, sea, and land transportation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Brokerage, Transport, and Warehouse teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding freight rates, shipment status, and services.
• Prepare and process sales documents including quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases; assist in weekly/monthly reporting.
