Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Freight Broker/Dispatcher to join our logistics team in the Philippines. The role involves coordinating shipments, identifying qualified carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.

You will track all shipments from start to finish and update the system with accurate status reports. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of trucking or freight brokerage experience, stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and maintains strong time

Job description

Freight Broker acts as an intermediary between shipper and carrier to facilitate the transportation of goods, dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods assigning loads to drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, Tracking is responsible for monitoring all shipments, using tracking software to provide accurate updates to customers and internal team for pickups and deliveries with updates put into system.

These positions require the utmost responsibility to focus and maintain time awareness. Ability to stay calm under pressure, have a clear voice to be able to communicate effectively

As a Freight Broker you will identify qualified carriers, negotiate rates, provide all documents needed for deliveries and or pickups, monitor the shipments start to finish and or pass off to team mate at end of shift to follow up

Must Have:

• Would like 2-4 years of trucking, freight brokerage experience with basic knowledge of the trucking industries
