Mindrift is seeking a Compliance Analyst - Freelance AI Trainer to support project-based regulatory testing for AI systems. Tasks include designing evaluation scenarios, citing exact regulatory subsections, and drafting structured reasoning for sanctions and escalation.

Qualifications

• Background in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal services, or financial services.
• Strong ability to cite exact regulatory subsections and flag uncertainty.
• Excellent written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate rule application scenarios by reading a compliance artifact against regulations and citing exact subsections.
• Write sanctions alert disposition cases with structured false-positive reasoning and escalation scenarios.
• Build compliance testing scenarios including sample selection, test design, findings documentation, and examiner-ready memos.
• Develop policy gap identification cases where internal policy is silent, contradicts regulation, or not updated.
• Document all test cases with verified regulatory citations, never approximated.
