Risewave Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Fraud Investigation Associate for a full-time, direct-hire role based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

You will join a team that analyzes fraud cases, investigates suspicious transactions, and helps clients strengthen controls to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of fraud investigation or analysis experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with various fraud types such as card, wire, online account, and check fraud.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of fraud investigation or analysis experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience investigating suspicious transactions and identifying fraudulent activities.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate suspicious activities and transactions to detect and prevent fraud.
• Handle cases involving Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud.
• Identify fraud types such as Identity Theft, Account Abuse, Account Takeover (ATO).
• Analyze data and transaction patterns to identify potential risks.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support regulatory reporting.
• Help develop and maintain fraud prevention and compliance programs.
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve fraud-related concerns and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
